Just pull out the amount of paper you need and the dispenser converts the paper into protective cushioning and filler. The brake is activated when tension, from pulling the paper, is haulted. The deluxe brake provides a consistant free flow of paper without overflow. The convienent built in cut off device makes for fast and effective packaging.
