1. Product Overview
The AX5 writing machine frame is made of 1515 industrial aluminum profiles, paired with a 5MM acrylic panel. The XY axis is guided by a 6mm diameter optical axis with linear bearing movement. The up and down pen lifting mechanism adopts a micro linear guide system. The XY axis stroke of this kit is 210 × 150mm is the same size as A5 paper, equipped with a standard 42 stepper motor and brand TS90 servo, with a recommended running speed of 3000mm per minute. This kit adopts the open-source Arduino system, which, in conjunction with relevant software, can be used for writing, drawing, etc. on paper materials. This kit is packaged in loose parts, with a packaging weight of around 2KG. Customers need to have some hands-on skills in assembly and debugging, and provide assembly instructions and source code. This kit has a USB interface and can work when connected to a computer. It is recommended to use the WIN7 system.
