My rescue cat started showing signs of this condition a few months after I got her. The right side of here face swelled up so big, her eye was completely shut. I really didn't know what she had, and experimented with a few things before settling on this formula. This condition will go on for about to weeks, but will be cut down to about 3-4 days if you get to it with this formula. She gets a flare up of this about every 8 months, but now she is not getting the severe swelling in the side of the face causing pawing at the face. She gets excessive drooling, refuses to eat and groom, and chatters her teeth mouth bleeds easily and is painful and red. I have only been able to make this less symptomatic over the last 3 years. I give this as a preventive for 3-4 days every 5-6 months, and now she suffers a lot less than the first time a round with this. I watch her closer now, and I caught it right away this time signs were drooling chattering teeth she only had some of the symptoms for 3-4 days but still eat and played with other cats so, I would say big improvement, but I will still work on this seeking more improvement. Active ingredients:Apium, Cactus Grand, Condurago Root, Betonica, Aralia Race. Inactive ingredients: 70% sucrose, 30% corn starch. Give 3-4 pellets directly in to the mouth or add to a little of your cat's wet food, do this twice daily until symptoms are relieved. And you can give this infrequently throughout the year as a preventative.
