天麻川芎白芷湯料包(Herbal Gastrodia Formula Soup Mix)
主要材料 (Main Ingredients):
-天麻 (Gastrodia) 20g
-川芎 (Ligusticum) 15g
-白芷 (Angelica dahurica) 20g
-黨參 (Codonopsis) 30g
-淮山 (Chinese Yam) 30g
-枸杞 (Goji Berry) 20g
-龍眼肉 (Longan) 20g
Directions:
Step 1: Wash all ingredients. Optional: Blanch and add pork rib or fish (not included).
Step 2: With all the ingredients in a stockpot, (add 4-5 slices of ginger, not included), add 1.5 liters of water and boil on high heat.
Step 3: Switch to medium to low heat and simmer for about 1 hour.
Step 4: Add 1 tablespoon of rice wine and boil on high heat for 3 minutes, season with salt.
