Agile development methods are becoming increasingly popular. The great advantage of such methods lies in the fragmentation of goals into so-called stories or individual challenges. In order to be able to estimate the workload of such tasks, planning poker cards are often used in the Scrum process framework. Using the cards, several experts can quickly and playfully create a consensus on how easy or difficult it is to implement a challenge. In doing so, they are not initially influenced by other participants, so that everyone forms an independent view, which is then disclosed. This allows resources to be distributed and tasks to be prioritised. The Legamaster planning poker set includes 13 poker cards each for 4 users. The individual card sets have their own colour so that no card is accidentally assigned to another card set. Each participant receives a set of the planning poker cards. These are each depicted with different symbols and number values. The figures represent the feasibility of the challenge, where 0 is already done and 100 is almost unattainable. The values in between are based on the Fibunacci sequence. Thus, the values are irregular and rarer in the higher spectrum to allow easier decisions. There is also a card with a question mark which is the same as an abstention and a cup symbol that initiates short breaks.
