True Manchego is produced only from the milk of the Manchega sheep. The Manchega sheep graze on dry pasture and brush fields on a high plateau outside of the city’s southeast of Madrid. Mahon Semicurado Spanish Cheese Mahon Semicurado is a semi-soft, pasteurized, aged, cow's milk cheese from Spain. Mahon cheese has a bold, magnificent flavor that is fruity, nutty, and becomes more intense with age. The yellowish-orange rind conceals a soft, slightly salty, and decidedly spicy interior. Mahon Curado DOP Spanish Cheese Mahon Curado DOP is a semi-firm, pasteurized, cow’s milk cheese from Spain. Mahon is named after the port of Mahon on the Menorca Island of Spain. Murcia Al Vino Spanish Goat Cheese Murcia Al Vino is a semi-firm, goat's milk cheese from Spain. This red wine goat cheese comes from the milk of Murcian sheep’s that is cured in red wine. Murcia Al Vino has a delightful creamy, mildly fruity flavor with a slight saltiness and mild scent.
