Stress Reducer Plus will also remove harmful chlorine, chloramines, and ammonia, making tap water safe, and it is designed to reduce fish distress and heal damaged tissue. Stress Reducer Plus is easy to use and available in different-size bottles to best suit your needs. A 1/8 fluid-ounce bottle of the dechlorinator treats up to a 960 gallon outdoor pond or backyard water garden. Using Stress Reducer Plus is simple. Use one fluid ounce for every 120 gallons of pond water. Using the provided measuring cup, measure the appropriate amount of liquid solution and apply it to an area of the pond with the most circulation to ensure the treatment will be evenly dispersed throughout the pond. When filling a new pond or after a pond cleaning, wait 20 minutes after treatment before you start adding fish and plants. When used as directed, Stress Reducer Plus is safe for fish, plants, pets, wildlife, and other aquatic life. The product is made to treat freshwater ponds, water gardens, and other aquascapes. To reduce stress and sick fish, we recommend routine partial water changes during spring start-up when water temperatures reach 50° Fahrenheit.
