Use Pyramid Time Systems 35100-10 time cards to track employee arrival time, breaks, lunches, overtime and departure times. Universal format works with any side-loading time clock or time stamp. Each time card includes data fields for employee number, pay period ending, employee name, 7 days of week with AM and PM and In and Out punches, signature line, overtime hours, total, rate, amount, earnings, deductions, balance, exemptions, med & SS, federal tax, insurance, city and State, unemployment, disability, dues, garnishments and misc. Printed on sturdy 30 percent post consumer recycled content card stock to promote clear, crisp time entries. 300 cards per pack. Printed in the USA.
