    As a clinician, this has been super helpful in helping clients with understanding and setting boundaries. There are a lot of individual exercises as well as great talking points for in sessions.

    The title says it all. This workbook very clearly and easily explains what steps are needed to actually implement "Setting Boundaries” in your real life; Day-to-Day. The explanations and exercises help you understand the WHY behind changing your habits and actually do improve your life! My personal struggle began with witnessing the death of my two oldest daughters being killed by a drunk driver. As you can imagine, that devastating night changed my life forever. Somewhere along the way, I lost myself. My therapist recommended this workbook and although everything we talk about helps; this book was one of those (Finally! When the rubber hits the road, how should I response?), tools/things that I could actually DO every day to find myself in all that I was lost in. Thank you, Nedra (author), for breaking down a very complex situation into palatable bites!
