The Sound Town METIS-PRO18AS-PAIR includes two METIS-PRO18AS stage subwoofers.The Sound Town METIS-PRO18AS is a powerful yet portable 18" powered subwoofer that delivers earthshaking punchy lows to your live rig. It handles formidable 700 Watts RMS, 2400 Watts peak power and reproduces low frequencies all the way down to 35Hz. With top-quality components built in and a Class-D power amplifier engineered, the Sound Town METIS-PRO18AS subwoofer is second to none when it comes to adding massive bass to your PA system while it doesn’t break your bank.
The Class-D amplifier efficiently provides enormous power. With the Class-D technology, the high-output 18” PA subwoofer is powerful and lightweight. The thermal and clipping limiting function protects the amp and speaker from damage and so you can focus on your performance. The impact-resistant plywood enclosure with a textured paint finish minimizes distortion, enhancing the accuracy of the sound response. It also comes with phase switch and LPF crossover, and is ideal for DJs, weddings, clubs, schools, churches and more.
