The Intergrips will clamp either flat, curved or even pressed ribbed panels. These will hold any shape panel in place anywhere, either edge to edge and perfectly prior to butt welding. Total weight 60 grams per unit. THIS NEW AND IMPROVED ITEM NOW ENABLES THE SMALLEST GAP ON THE MARKET OF ONLY 0.4MM BETWEEN PANELS (SMALLER THAN EVER) Small gap (0.4mm) allows full penetration of the weld. Simple and easy to use once the two sections are tack welded together, slacken the wing nut, remove the toggle bar and remove the clamp from the job and then finally weld the metal together. End outcome is a welded butt joint with very little dressing being necessary.
