The commercial electric griddle has a 15.5" x 16" cooking area with a 3/8" thickness for evenly distributed heat. 120V, 1750W, 14.5 Amps. • TEMPERATURE CONTROL: Equipped with adjustable controls, the Adcraft GRID-16 countertop griddle's temperature can be calibrated within the range of 120 to 570 degrees Fahrenheit.
• BACK SPLASH PROTECTION: To keep the walls and surrounding equipment clean, it has 3-inch sides and a backsplash that capture splatter. Its cooking area measures 15.5 inches by 16 inches.
• GREASE COLLECTION PAN: It has a grease collection pan mounted to the bottom that captures food particles and debris, keeping the countertop underneath the unit clean.
