Its unadulterated taste offers a convenient alternative to fresh garlic. Use either Alessi Garlic in dips, appetizers, canape's, salad dressings, vegetables, pasta, rice or potato dishes, meat or chicken dishes, pizza or in any dish prepared with garlic.
