How to install?
Step 1: Close the water valve.
Step 2: Loosen the screws on the water valve cover and remove it.
Step 3: Remove the old bonnet and poppet.
Step 4: Apply lubricant to the O-ring and thread of the new bonnet as shown in the diagram.
Step 5: Assemble the new bonnet and poppet together.
Step 6: Screw the new bonnet and poppet onto the water valve.
Note:
A. In a few cases, if the problem of not tightening occurs, it is recommended to apply lubricant to the bonnet area as well as the threads. A wrench can also be used to tighten it properly. Do not over-tighten and cause damage to the product.
B. After the installation is completed and the inlet valve is opened, splashing is normal, and the splashing will stop after the device is pressurized.
