WAC Ceiling Fan Downrods should only be used with WAC Ceiling Fans. Our downrods are manufactured to work with WAC fans only, failure to use with a WAC fan only can result in damage or injury. WAC downrods are 3/4 in. outter diameter and can be used to extend your WAC ceiling fan height. Downrods are available in 12in, 18in, 24in, 36in, 48in, 60in, and 72in in a variety of finish options to match your fan finish. Downrods can also be joined together using a downrod coupler (DC-xx) to create lengths greater than 72in. All WAC downrods have a single threaded end on the motor side and can be shortened in the field by cutting the un-threaded side, for instance if you need a 10in downrod you can purchase a 12in and field shorten it by 2in.
