Product Description
Evans Prep Fluid is a waterless cooling system flush designed to seek out remaining water after draining the cooling system of an engine. Prep Fluid should be used when block drains are unavailable or cannot be removed. It is not a substitute for thoroughly draining the cooling system and related components. A minimum of 2 gallons of Prep Fluid is recommended for heavy duty diesel engines and 1 gallon of Prep Fluid is recommended for all motorcycles converting to High Performance Coolant or Powersports. Prep Fluid is NOT intended to be a stand-alone operating coolant, but as a flush only. Evans Prep Fluid contains a bittering agent/bitterant. Evans Waterless Powersports Coolant, EC72064, is formulated specifically for Powersports machines and the extreme conditions they encounter. Power sports Coolant defends against heat-related damage, while allowing the engine to continue producing its peak horsepower. When converting an engine from a water-based coolant to Evans coolant, great care should be given during the installation (conversion) process to ensure that all of the old water-based coolant is removed. It is recommended that the system be flushed with Evans Prep Fluid prior to installing Evans PWC. When the installation is complete, the water content of the coolant should be no more than 3 percent. If the water is above that limit, the coolant will perform no better than water-based antifreeze. Evans Coolant contains a bittering agent/bitterant.
• Engineered specifically to purge the cooling system before installing new waterless coolant
• Seeks out old coolant and water that remain after draining existing antifreeze/water mixture from an engine, Protects cooling system metals during flush, but is not a substitute for Evans Waterless Coolants
• Especially important to use when block drains are unavailable or cannot be removed Ensures that the final water content after installing Evans Waterless Coolant meets operating limits
• Specifically designed for motocross bikes, trail bikes, Enduro bikes, street bikes, quads, ATVs, UTVs and snowmobiles, Contains no water, effectively eliminating corrosion, liner and water pump cavitation erosion
• Used by race teams for years to keep their engines safe, no matter what the conditions, Minimizes the potential for corrosion and electrolysis issues, and reduces maintenance costs
