Leaf Filter Gutter Protection:Our leaf filter gutter protection roll acts as a porous cover for your rain gutters, allowing water to pass through while keeping leaves and small sticks out. This low-maintenance gutter protection is highly effective in preventing trench drain clogs. Installation Guide for Mesh Leaf Guards: Before installing the gutter covers, we recommend cleaning your gutters thoroughly.Due to the toughness of the aluminum wire mesh, the top and bottom edges may be sharp, so be sure to wear gloves during installation. Method One Tools required: ladder, measuring tape, screwdriver, and wire cutters. No screws or fasteners are needed for this method. Start at one end, measure down your gutter, and gently bend the gutter cover along the long edge, creating a half-moon shape. Fit the gutter screen into the gutter, moving down while maintaining the "humped shape." Use a small screwdriver to adjust the gutter guard roll mesh for an even shape. Ensure the mesh is rounded and secure just above the gutter level. Method Two Tools needed: ladder, measuring tape, self-tapping sheet metal screws, and wire cutters. Install aluminum screen gutter guards flat on top of the rain gutters. Tuck one end of the aluminum gutter protector under your shingles and secure it to the gutter using self-tapping sheet metal screws. Cut the stop-clogged gutter guards into sections or continue down the gutter without cutting as you move your ladder.Please follow these instructions for a successful installation.
