These are super cute and I haven't had them very long but I use my switch frequently and haven't had any real issues in way of the silicone tearing or the colors fading within the past few months. They are slightly tricky to install and I did have one hop off the thumbstick after a bit of rough use but it goes back on easy with the trick of flipping it inside out. I don't find them as distracting as I was worried they would be, in fact I feel like it's actually easier to grip for my thumbs this way.
