  This Nintendo Switch controller is everything I could have hoped for and more. I rarely played my NS Lite because the joysticks just weren't comfortable during gameplay for me, but this Switch controller will change that. I played more consecutive hours since getting this Switch controller than I ever have owning the lite and it's made me excited for console gaming again. It's ergonomically sound with little to no strain even after an almost full battery cycle using it. Weight distribution is near perfect, especially for my small to medium size hands. It's a little top heavy if you don't support some of the back (with middle finger for example) but it's nothing that impacts gameplay or comfort. The back grips are functional without being overly thick or rubbery and the matte finish seems to combat heat/oil from your hands after prolonged use. It was still comfortably cool to the touch the entire time I used it. Buttons are perfectly placed and comfortable, especially the ones at the back on the handpieces you activate with your lower fingers. The L/ZL buttons are also sturdy but comfortable to press and to access from where it rests in your hands. There are multiple color options (7) which I was very excited about and also (4) different modes of pattern. The breathing mode is my favorite. Lights are bright enough without being distracting but very aesthetically pleasing overall. The colors are vibrant. The only 'negative' I'd say is that if you're looking for a cosmetically 'brighter' experience, go with a white device, but it's not a knock and I was surprised how good the lights work and look against the black background too. More of a dark mode light mode preference scenario, so take that with a grain of salt. One of my favorite aspects are the feedback vibrations. They're very smooth and rich and responsive, while still feeling immersive + not overwhelming, and the button sensitivity goes hand in hand with that performance. Nothing feels like you have to force it or press particularly hard but you still feel like you're in control of and part of your game. I especially appreciate the sturdiness of the joysticks for better control without it making my thumbs sore or feeling like your mouse becomes too quick or too laggy. I played both on Switch Lite and Steam (through a Mac) and was impressed with both performances, connectivity quickness, and I'm very very happy to add this to my gaming experience. Battery life is very solid for as low as I let it get and comes with a usb-c charger. It lasted longer than my Switch battery. This is definitely a controller with a lot more to offer to any gamer, not just console users, on top of being aesthetically pleasing. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good experience and solid performance in a new device like this. Another point I'd like to add is that this company's customer service is actually exceptional, both on Discord and from their website through email, which to me, is always a big perk when trying a new product.

  This is a really good controller for the cost because I got it on sale. I bought this for use on the Nintendo Switch. I haven't tested the NFC function for using amibos but this model says that it supports it. The controller has a good feel to it and the glow functionality is pretty useless but it looks good. This controller comes with a pamplet that says that it could be used with other applications other than the Nintendo switch. Connecting to the switch was pretty seamless and connects every time. I didn't have to press any special button combinations to sync it but you would have to do that if you were to sync it with your phone or another gaming console like a steam deck or Amazon Luna for example. One of the main reasons I bought this was because I got annoyed getting beat all the time against the computer on Street Fighter Collection. I thought the Circle D-Pad would've been great but it misses the mark because it's not a true 8-direction D-pad. The controller comes with two D-pads. One traditional plus (+) shaped and one circle d-pad that you can swap out. It's not a true 8-direction, so it's pretty much like the standard controller where you'd have to press both up and right at the same time to go diagonal to the right. So trying to jump forward in fighting games doesn't work very well. It especially doesn't work trying to do special moves in Street Fighter. Good luck doing Ryu's Dragon Punch because you'll only get it on luck. Hadokens on the other hand is an easier motion because it's one smooth motion. It's kind of hard to describe in words but doing it on the controller just doesn't workout very well. I was playing a game and had a hard time moving diagonally because again, not a true 8 direction D-pad. The analog sticks work very well and the buttons are good too. They don't stick and have a good feel when you press the buttons.
