I travel a lot and use my laptop and I was really missing my dual screens. I use a Chrome book and Dell XPS 13 a lot in my business. This monitor worked flawlessly, with no set up required. Came with all the cords needed to connect to HDMI or Type C connection and screen was clear and bright with good colors. I bought a hard case for it here on Amazon for traveling with it since I think may break easily due to its thin size if twisted. Very happy with it so far. Makes it easy to work while traveling. Bought a foldable keyboard and mouse to complete the package. You might also want to consider a touch screen version if that is important to you..

I have used this monitor almost every work day since it was purchased a year ago. It has excellent quality and performance for my use (additional portable monitor for work). It is lightweight, has a clear picture, and is an easy to use product. I recently had to contact customer service. I did not expect much from a distant company, from whom I purchased a product via Amazon a year ago, but i was sorely mistaken. After a prompt reply, a few email exchanges and a few photos, I received superior customer service from KYY that fixed my issue and created an even more loyal customer.
