Features patented Smart Site LED alignment guide and 3-way viewing window for quick and easy time card and document alignment. Track employee start times, break times, lunch times and finish times on a weekly time card, or select from 14 pre-programmed message options to stamp invoices, attendance logs, legal paperwork or other time-sensitive documents. The side-loading time card and document feed accommodates left or right-hand orientation. Prints the date and time (AM/PM or military time format) on weekly employee time card. Includes 3550ss time clock/document stamp, 25 time cards, one ink ribbon cartridge and two security keys. Made in USA. While the 3550SS can stamp multiple layers of paper, like a carbon copy, is was not designed for this and should not be solely used for that purpose, the thicknesses of the various cards and carbon copies or other multiple layered documents..
