Features: Bright LED display, shows exact cooking temperature. Eight cook temperature settings from 200℉ to 475℉. Three different modes: smoke mode, temperature mode and high mode. Special smoke mode allows to control speed of feeding and low temperature smoking. The RTD temperature probe is simple to install with standard plug-in connectors. Front panel cook control, cool down cycle, for safe and succulent grilling.

Installation Instructions: Remove 8 phillips Screws Clip plastic fastener On cables Pull apart plastic molex pins Remove 2 Screws from panel Loosen and slip wires from clamps Replace with new Controller Slip wires back Into box and tighten Plug molex connectors In the same order Push Controller into place Tighten Screws On Controller face Tuck wires back Inside case Fasten bottom grate with Screws
