  When I ordered this item, I was hoping the quality and function would match my expectations... however, it exceeded my expectations greatly!!! It was shipped quickly and very nicely, being double boxed and well packaged. Immediately upon opening I saw this was a well made machine. Included was a pair of resistant arm bands, a remote control (AAA batteries needed), a power cord as well as the exercise machine itself. I searched for the manual; however it was not to be found. So learning the function buttons on both machine and the remote was a bit challenging, however I was able to get it up and running in just minutes. I contacted the seller, and they immediately attached the manual for me to download and print. The machine has four suction cup platforms to give stability during use of the vibration plate without movement, keeping the machine in place during use without shifting or slipping. Under the machine are two turn out brackets to attach the elastic arm bands with handles to either side, by use of clips at the end of each band. The remote control is a wonderful feature to use while standing on the machine to control the functions with ease, without having to get off the machine to change the settings manually. There are 9 settings with variable speeds and lengths of time settings. And a ten minute auto turn off feature. All accessible using the remote control which is streamline and virtually weightless, easily able to slip into my pocket between use. The machine is very well made. It's median in weight but not heavy or bulky, and easy to lift and move. It's not flimsy or cheaply made AT ALL! The entire machine is topnotch construction with classy detail, and of excellent quality build. It has a durable solid construction that feels weighty and trustworthy. The cord plugs into the front/top of the machine. It has an on/off switch next to the cord to power on the machine or to turn it off when not in use. The machine is most portable and easy to store away and out of sight. However I keep the machine out during the day to randomly use it throughout my busy schedule. It's like stopping to take a break by getting a message! I LOVE THIS THING!!! Having a prior history of edema and mild lymphatic issues, I find it to be very therapeutic to my legs. I am about to turn 60, and need a low impact exercise that I can safely and effectively use to stay in shape. Isometric exercise is very pleasant. Just stand and allow your muscles to counter-contract to the vibration controls. I could feel the resistance in my legs and bum without the discomfort of strenuous lifting of weights or over exertion. Stand and get a message!!! While working out all the combined muscle groups in your body, while also addressing your lymphatic system. It's a win win!! Just minutes a day. I attached the arm bands to the machine and did arm exercises with the resistant bands during my "message". I found this to be invaluable to give my arms something to do while standing on the machine. I am 5'7 and found the bands barely long enough to get full motion for the arm exercises I was doing. However, I think I will adapt my own resistant bands to fit the machine to give me a more extended range of arm movements. Now that winter is here I am unable to get out of the house to exercise, so I'm thrilled to have this little gem!!! It's a powerhouse machine that I honestly would expect to have cost much more. It doesn't bog down when in use at all. I am 160 pounds, and the vibration plate works effortlessly! The description says maximum weight is 264 lbs. I am able to watch my favorite podcasts and workout at the same time! Another win win. — I give this exercise machine a full 5 stars. You won't be disappointed. I also give customer support 5 stars for quickly resolving the manual issue, that was mistakenly left out of shipment. Their prompt response to resolve my inquiry is outstanding. Five stars all the way!
